Professional Impact NJ sponsors and supports three accreditation projects that set rigorous standards requiring self-study and assessment of program practices. Incentive award funding to voluntarily accredited programs is provided by New Jersey's Division of Family Development (DFD). The three accreditation projects include:
- Accreditation Facilitation Project (AFP)
- Accreditation Scholarship Assistance Program (ASAP)
- Afterschool Accreditation Facilitation Project (ASAFP)
Through carefully cultivated public and private funding partnerships, these accreditation projects create frameworks for improving the quality of care to New Jersey's children. Our funding supports accreditation fees, staff training and development, scholarships, Directors' Academy, technical assistance, mentoring, and program and facility enhancement. All programs participating in Professional Impact NJ sponsored accreditation projects must provide proof of 100% participation of the staff in the NJ Registry. Inquire about special group rates for our accreditation project partners. For information on our Accreditation projects call (908) 737-4240.
